The Process: Simple and Efficient
1. Reach Out
Contact us through your preferred method—be it messaging, WeChat, WhatsApp, phone, or email—to discuss your specific requirements.
2. View Similar Stock:
Arrange a viewing of similar stock that we’ve shipped recently to one of our dealers to ensure you are making the right choice.
3. Receive a Quotation
After discussing your needs, we will provide you with a quotation tailored to your requirements.
4. Financial Options
If you need financing for your purchase, we can connect you with our finance broker. Alternatively, you can arrange a letter of credit with your bank (please inquire if this step is unclear).
5. Import Approval Permit
Once the financial arrangements are finalized, we will initiate the import approval permit on your behalf. This step includes the uploading of the VIN of your purchase to ensure a smooth registration process before your trailer arrives in Australia.
6. Virtual Presentation
Upon your approval, we will conduct a virtual presentation (video walk-around) of your trailer, after which we will arrange shipping.
7. Payment and Shipping
Following the presentation of shipping documents (bill of lading), we will require payment to be made.
Warranty
Rest assured that our models have been tried and tested in some of Australia’s harshest conditions. In the unlikely event that your trailer requires attention, our engineering team will provide solutions and any necessary parts. However, please note that as we do not have a physical presence in Australia, we are unable to offer labour services.
Timeline
From the time you confirm your order, your unit will typically be completed within 4-6 weeks, followed by an average shipping time of an additional 4-6 weeks, depending on shipping availability. This means you can expect your trailer to arrive in approximately 12-16 weeks—much sooner than if you were to purchase locally.
